Upon arrival, I was greeted with unwelcoming treatment as they demanded payment upfront, despite my reservation indicating otherwise. The front desk staff lacked hospitality, and the lack of attention to detail was glaring. our beds were only turned down twice during our 8-night stay. While the restaurant staff were friendly, the overall service experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of a luxury hotel.

absolutely terrible experience. loud music infiltrates the 'relaxing' areas, furiously ruining any peace. I’m shocked at the absurd drink prices, €25 for an aperol spritz! no upgrade or complimentary welcome gift upon arrival, just a plain, lackluster room. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. Disappointing, really.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, with a spacious balcony offering stunning ocean views and easy beach access makes this resort an ideal spot to unwind. the great quality breakfast with a wide variety of fresh ingredients including freshly squeezed orange juice adds a delightful touch to the stay.
